Notice of Public Meeting for Residents of 91传媒 about PFAS

This Notice of a Public Meeting to discuss PFAS work (sampling, investigation) at the neighborhood on and near East Road in 91传媒.
The meeting is to be held at Cole Hall, 61 Buck Hill Road, in 91传媒 at 6 pm on Monday, April 14, 2025. The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation, Sites Management Section (SMS) has completed, through our contractors
Tetratech and Clearwater Filtration, multiple rounds of sampling of water supplies at homes along East Road, Lower East Road, Furnace Brook Road, East Mountain Road, Red Clover Lane, and other roads in the neighborhoods around East Road just under a mile north of the 91传媒/Bennington town line. The SMS is inviting citizens in this area, citizens in 91传媒, and other interested parties to this meeting to review what work has been completed, proposed future work, and conclusions drawn by the SMS.
This meeting is for 91传媒 residents. VT DEC is having a meeting in April at Cole Hall about PFAS in 91传媒.
