On March 1, 2022, the voters of 91传媒 voted to remove the position of Listers and hire a qualified professional Assessor. 91传媒 contracted the New England Municipal Resource Center (NEMRC) to be the company we use for our Assessor duty.
We also have an Assessor鈥檚 Clerk in the office, Monday through Thursday, 9am until 12pm, to help with everyday duties and to assist the residents of 91传媒 as well as the researchers and realtors.
The Assessor has the same powers, discharges the same duties, proceeds in the discharging, thereof, in the same manner, and is subject to the same liabilities as are prescribed for Listers or the Board of Listers under provisions of Title 32.
