Sunderland Culvert RT7 Construction Project

Vtrans will be replacing a bridge and culvert on Route 7 north. From the Vtrans website: This project will require a 14-day maximum closure period on U.S.
Route 7 to replace the existing culvert with a new precast concrete box culvert, while maintaining traffic on an offsite detour via Vermont Route 7A and
Vermont Route 313 in Bennington, 91传媒, and Arlington. The Sunderland NH CULV(122) culvert replacement (Bridge 19-7) project, which is bundled with
this project, will be constructed during the same period so that only one closure is needed. During the closure, super loads will be detoured to continue
north on VT 7A through Manchester or use U.S. Route 4 in New York. The 14 day closure could occur anytime between mid August and mid October 2026, and
the exact dates will be determined by the contractor.
